Roofing Financing

A new roof doesn't have to mean one large payment. Roofing financing lets you break your project into monthly payments that fit your budget. Whether you're planning a full roof replacement or need qualifying roof repair work, roof financing options make it easier to move forward without delay.

What Can You Finance?

Not sure what qualifies for roofing financing? Here's the breakdown:

Roof Replacement Financing

Roof replacement financing covers complete roofing projects—materials, labor, and any related work included in your scope. This is the most common use of financing for roof replacement. If your roof is at the end of its lifespan, has widespread damage, or you're dealing with repeated repairs that aren't solving the problem, full replacement is typically the right call.
Your financed amount includes everything in the project: shingles or metal roofing, underlayment, flashing, and any decking or ventilation work bundled into the job.
Every project includes our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty—coverage that doesn't expire as long as you own your home. Our Gold Standard Protection Plan adds annual inspections, priority scheduling, and transferability if you sell.
Roof Repair Financing
Roof repair financing is available for select repair projects when tied to a documented scope. Not every small patch job qualifies—if you're fixing a few shingles, that's usually a smaller out-of-pocket expense. But larger repair jobs addressing multiple issues, storm damage across sections of the roof, or repairs combined with other exterior work may be eligible.
During your estimate, we'll confirm what's included and whether your project qualifies for roofing financing. Final eligibility depends on project scope and credit approval.

What Affects Your Monthly Payment?

Several factors determine your monthly payments for a new roof. Understanding these helps you plan and set realistic expectations before you apply:

Project Total

Larger projects mean higher financed amounts and higher monthly payments. A 1,500 sq ft roof replacement costs less than a 3,000 sq ft roof with multiple layers to tear off.

Down Payment

Putting money down upfront reduces the amount you finance. Even a modest down payment can lower your monthly cost noticeably.

Term Length

Longer terms lower your monthly payment but increase total cost over time. Shorter terms mean higher monthly payments but less paid overall. It's a tradeoff based on what fits your cash flow.

Credit Profile

Your approval and specific terms depend on your credit history. Terms vary by applicant—better credit typically means better options.

Scope Add-Ons

Bundling decking replacement, ventilation upgrades, or gutters increases your total and affects monthly cost. These add-ons often make sense to do together (you're already paying for labor and access), but they do impact what you finance.

How Can You Estimate Your Roofing Cost?

Before exploring roofing financing, it helps to know what your project might cost. Our Roofing Cost Calculator gives you a ballpark range based on roof size and material type. Plug in your numbers and get a starting point for planning.
Keep in mind: the calculator provides an estimate only. Your final price comes from an on- site inspection where we measure your roof, assess its condition, and document the full scope of work. Factors like roof pitch, accessibility, existing damage, and material choice all affect the final number.
Knowing your estimated range helps you understand how to pay for a new roof and what monthly payments might look like. It also helps you have a more informed conversation when you meet with our team for your inspection.
