What Does a Workmanship Warranty Cover?

A workmanship warranty covers problems caused by how your project was installed—not the materials themselves. If something fails because of installation quality, we address it at no cost to you.

Covered under Lifetime Workmanship Warranty:

Improper fastening — shingles, siding panels, or trim that weren't secured correctly

Flashing defects — flashing is the metal that seals joints around windows, chimneys, and roof valleys. If it's installed incorrectly, water gets in.

Sealing issues — gaps or failed seals around windows, doors, or penetrations due to installation

Alignment problems — panels, shingles, or trim installed unevenly or incorrectly

This is a contractor workmanship warranty—it covers our labor and installation methods. Material defects fall under the manufacturer's separate warranty.

Schedule a Service Visit

If covered, we schedule an inspection or repair at a time that works for you. Gold Standard Protection Plan customers get priority scheduling.

Resolution and Follow-Up

We complete the repair and follow up to make sure everything's resolved. Your warranty support doesn't end after one visit.
